Terminate Failed on sandbox

My sandbox environmet is gone to state "Terminate Failed" and I can not create new environment more than 8 hours.

 I would like to now how to delete  "Terminate Failed"  environmet and create new environment, ASAP.

Assistance would be most helpful in resolving this issue.

It appears that there could be a problem with the ISE 3.1 P6 related to unidentified endpoints causing a spike in CPU usage. If clearing out the unknown endpoints does not fix this issue, it may impact the performance of ISE or result in service interruptions. To tackle this issue, it is advisable to contact technical support for assistance in minimizing the amount of unknown devices through endpoint purging or exploring other solutions to enhance performance.

After the weekend, the status was chaned to Ended.
Waiting for time to pass is considered a solution.
However, it has not been confirmed if the reservation can be made or not.
