Hi,

I´m trying to connect to the Sandbox, but I´m not able to VPN. Here is my Lab Network Address: 128.107.93.228:20127

The VPN Client give me the following message history:

     14:40:56    Contacting 128.107.93.228:20127.

     14:40:57    Connection attempt has failed.

     14:40:57    Unable to contact 128.107.93.228.

A traceroute to the VPN IP is stopping Close to the end:

Hello Jens!

Thanks for reaching out! I've checked the credentials for your VPN and tested it out. I was able to connect to VPN without any difficulties. Could you please let me know what OS you using, as well as the version of AnyConnect that you're using? Also, if you're on a corporate network, could you please verify that VPNs are permitted on your network?

Also, could you please try one more time?

Let me know if you've got any other questions!

Thanks!

Jacob

Hello Jacob,

thanks for your answer. Indeed, our Firewall was blocking the high ports on the VPN. I made a new reservation today on a different Network and everything works fine.

Thanks,

Jens

Awesome!

Glad you were able to get it worked out!

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Thanks!
Jacob
