Unable to access developer.cisco.com which i used to access previously. Getting error "

Thanks Jacob for your information. However I am still not able to access and getting same error, "You have encountered an internal server error on Cisco DevNet". is it something issues on my login credentials?.
Not sure who can help to resolve this issue?

Hi John,
Seems like it could be. However, you should be able to hit DevNet without logging. Please let me know what your username is?
Which browser are you using? Could you please try incognito or a private session?

I tried with all browsers IE, Safari, Firefox and chrome.

I'm sure this is not an browser issue and might be due to login credentials issue

Okay, this makes sense.
Could you please clarify one thing for me. Are you actually getting to a login prompt on developer.cisco.com? And once you log in you see this error? Please let me know exactly what you're doing to see this issue!

Yes you are right. once i logined with my credentials, i am getting this error. i used to login with the same logging credentials. For last 1 week i am facing this problem.

Hello John,
I took a look at your account to ensure that it was in a normal state, but when I searched for the user francisjes it doesn't come up! Can you confirm that I've got your username correct at francisjes?
Also, could you please send me an email to jacoadam@cisco.com so I can verify your email and search on that as well?
