Hi,

Having created a new ACI simulator lab I am having difficulties accessing the web UI or performing REST calls.

SSH working but Web browser times out.

Further I can't find any information on how to raise a support request. Any advice much appreciated.

Hello Andrei,

Could you please let me know what your DevNet username is so I can take a look?

Thank you!
Jacob

I ran into a simular issue, my work's proxy was screwing up the cert.
If you are at work you might try it from home and see if that helps.

Did they ever get this working for you? I'm unable to open the lab either. I want to get through this DCCOR training and iIthink this foundational part is important. I can't open the web UI to save my life. I'm getting the cert issue and not getting the option to accept and move forward.

Interestingly enough, it doesn't work on Chrome but it opened in safari! Weird. Chrome is usually pretty solid. I've been accessing other devnet labs without any issues but all of a sudden have issues with this APIC lab web GUI. Oh well... The error is below:

10.10.20.14 normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to 10.10.20.14 this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be 10.10.20.14, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit 10.10.20.14 right now because the website sent scrambled credentials that Google Chrome cannot process. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
