Unable to connect to the devnet lab address using cisco anyconnect, any idea what could be wrong.

@roliekgeorge i tested with your sandbox details (I used a Mac) and this connects ok for me. Check if the port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354 is open from your local network. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Tried with another instance, getting just the same error & verified the ports are open.

Hey @roliekgeorge the sandbox headend/gateway IP denies and drops all ICMP by design. Try turning off IPV6 on your WIFI and LAN adaptors - see if this fixes the issue here. I saw these issues with windows before and it worked.
Hope this helps.

Not the case, all the sessions were created new and I am aware of the 2 hours expiry time for this specific lab.
