User credentials prompt cancelled

Please excuse my ignorance around any IT subject. My work laptop with an NHS Trust  has a 'VPN Cisco AnyConnect Mobility client' security system. For the last two weeks  I have been unable to log in as  a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark appears as soon as I hit 'connect' and if I continue trying to log in with the BMS soft token, an error message comes up 'User credentials prompt cancelled'.

Can anyone help?

Hi

Work laptops not suitable for DevNet / DCloud labs. 

Are you connect to the NHS network? I have similar issues (not NHS) .. I use mobile hotspot... it's not great but VPN connects. 

Try another internet connection or a laptop that is not locked down.
