VPN into lab authentication issue

Hi. I reserved an ACI lab. Got the initial waiting email. Got the final "it's ready" email with a server address, login, and password.
Server Address get's me to a connection (not the same options as shown in the VPN guide).
Username and password don't give any error (like it's wrong) it just displays the option to enter it again. I downgraded my VPN client to the version that get's downloaded from the instructions with no change. I've used the VPNs a number of times, but none since this new system.
AnyConnect version: 3.1.09013
Mac OSX: 10.13.2
Any help would be appreciated.
