Have gone through sequence of uninstalling AnyConnect/rebooting/re-installing different ways a few times.
Most recently- executed ' anyconnect-win-4.7.04056-core-vpn-predeploy-k9 ' from extracted downloaded folder in provided link from sandbox page.
ctrl-c/ctr-v'ing url:port, u/n, pw straight from email
But "login failed"
Any suggestions?

Which sandbox is this happening on? Sometime if the sandbox builds with errors, this can be seen. Quick fix is always cancelling the current reservation and grabbing a new one.
