I have received the following messages on an N5K-C5596UP device:

% NOHMS-2-NOHMS_ENV_ERR_TEMPMINALRM: lower system temperature alarm in module 1. Sensor
The exit crossed the lower threshold 58C

The output of the "show environment temperature" command is as follows:

They support me to validate if this could be a cosmetic bug or if I must pay attention to the temperature where the equipment is installed, although it should be mentioned that it is a DC and the temperature is controlled, in addition there are many more equipment installed in it rack and this device is the only one that reports these alarms.

You should verify the temperature into the Data Center, front of the Nexus. It could be a cosmetic bug. Check the temperature on your Nexus switches, it should be similar.

The temperature in the DC is the same in all the racks, I have reviewed the temperature by command in other 3 equipment that are installed in the same Site and these are their values:

The equipment 1 is the only one that presents these alarms, according to this alarm the equipment has the minimum temperature value, right? Which would mean that the temperature you are receiving is very cold, right?

Is it possible that it is a bug? or that the sensor is damaged? since the temperature supplied in the DC is the same for the other equipment.

The temperature is valid in the DC and is the same that is injected to all equipment. The temperature is valid by command in 3 other devices and is OK.

It probably is a cosmetic bug and will be removed if the Nexus is restarted.

The device continues to present the minor alarm, validating in a monitoring tool there are 82 times that these alarms have been presented, the last one was since 07/18/2020 and since then it has been present.

It has already been validated that the environmental conditions are correct at Site. Some BUG I do not think it is, could someone help me to validate if it is a hardware problem?
