How can I request a certification again?

I updated my full names in Netacad.com because my teacher told me that they might not recognize my certificates when I apply for a job if my information is not complete. Can I request that my certificates be updated with my current information?

The virtual assistant answers this, but I can't find such an option.

Hoping you are ok, Usually you cannot change the previous certificates if you have updated your information recently but the new ones will.
