Cisco Networking Academy is launching a new web experience in July 2024. You need to  Take these 2 steps:

Step 1 – Review email address before February 22, 2024

  • Check that your NetAcad.com and SkillsForAll.com email addresses are the same.
  • If they do not match, change your NetAcad.com email address to match your SkillForAll.com email address before February 22, 2024. That’s it!

Step 2 – Change Password between February 24 – July 19, 2024

  • After February 23, 2024, most users will be prompted to change their password when they login to either NetAcad.com or SkillsForAll.com. Your updated password will become your login credential for both sites. We want you to know that the prompt to change your password is a legitimate request. 

If you have...two different accounts...for both NetAcad and SkillforAll, one account is disabled(NetAcad in your case).

Try to login NetAcad site with SkillforAll credentials (username and password), hope that solves the problem...
