I would suggest you to log into the DNA Center GUI to backup the DNA Platform, for more information on the backup and restore, you could refer to the guide: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/dna-center/2-3-3/admin_guide/b_cisco_dna_center_admin_guide_2_3_3/b_cisco_dna_center_admin_guide_2_3_3_chapter_0110.html
To initiate a warm restart for DNA platform, you could use the command: sudo shutdown -r now
