Problem with SIP server and VG registration

I am hoping to get some feedback from you that can help me resolve the situation I am presenting below.

I am working on the registration of my sip server, but I have not been able to do the registration.

So far I have done the following:

- Removed and added the sip-ua credentials.
- Changed the credentials.
- Rebooted the device.
- Validated communication to the sip server between VG and SIP Server, it is successful(ping/traceroute).

What I have identified is the following notification when adding credentials for sip-ua:

000083: *Dec 7 16:45:25.415 MEXCST: %PARSE_RC-4-PRC_NON_COMPLIANCE: `credentials number xxx username xxx password **** realm ipv4:172.10.1.2:5060'

And I would like to know if it can have any relation with the problem I am presenting.
Cabe mencionar que currently we already have a SIP registry with authentication by public ip that works correctly, with the following flow:

      ITSP-> SIP->GW->FXS

But we are working on adding a second local sip registry that works with user and password authentication, with the following flow, que es donde estoy presentando el problema:
      ITSP-> SIP->GW->FXS

We want to add local sip registration by credentials without affecting the existing registration by public ip.
