I think you can do this using the Bulk Edit feature in CUCM if your client is okay with the phones becoming non-secure for a short time.
Use the Bulk Edit Feature in CUCM to change the Certificate Operation to "Delete" and have the system "Reset" the phones after the change. Since the Device Security Profile is already set to Non-Secure the change should cause the phones to delete their certificates and revert to Non-Secure mode.
Then use the Bulk Edit Feature again to change the Certificate Operation to "Install" and at the same time to change the Device Security Profile to the desired secure profile. Bulk Edit can change more than one setting at a time.
Certainly test this method with one or two phones and, if successful, make the change in larger batches.

Acho que você pode fazer isso usando o recurso Bulk Edit no CUCM se o seu cliente concordar com o fato de os telefones ficarem inseguros por um curto período de tempo.
Use o recurso de edição em massa no CUCM para alterar a operação do certificado para "Excluir" e fazer com que o sistema "reinicialize" os telefones após a alteração. Como o perfil de segurança do dispositivo já está definido como Não Seguro, a alteração deve fazer com que os telefones excluam seus certificados e voltem ao modo Não Seguro.
Em seguida, use o recurso de edição em massa novamente para alterar a operação do certificado para "Instalar" e, ao mesmo tempo, alterar o perfil de segurança do dispositivo para o perfil seguro desejado. A Edição em Massa pode alterar mais de uma configuração por vez.
Certamente teste esse método com um ou dois telefones e, se tiver sucesso, faça a alteração em lotes maiores.
