We've installed the CSPC collector on a customer, but it was not possible to associate our account in their CSAM portal, as recommended.
But, even if it is not possible, I'm able to generate his report in SNTC portal.
Is this because I'm installing in a way I shouldn't?
This already happened with two customers.
If anyone could help in this matter, I would be very grateful.
