I need some help. I haven't received any documentation from Cisco after purchasing the IP Service license for the IE4010 switch. What I found is that activation can only be done through the command line, and my biggest doubt is about the license serial or something similar. Can anyone help me understand the activation process?
The license is RTU (Right-to-Use), and my concern is that I haven't received anything from Cisco, no part number, nor serial number, after the purchase. Is this normal? Could you please tell me more about the activation process for smart licenses?
