Cisco wifi is integrated with ServiceNow through a REST API to enable users to request a temporary wifi code via ServiceNow. The Cisco version has been updated, and the current new version is ISE 3.1. After this update, when a user requests a renewal of the wifi code after the expiration of the granted duration, it no longer works.
For a new user who requests a wifi code, it works fine. However, when the account expires and the user makes a new request, it's in this specific case that it no longer works.
Could you please help me solve this issue ?
Maybe a bug is logged regarding this issue.
