I'm curious if the WLC9800 supports more than 8000 APs or if there's another solution available. Can you provide some insight on this?

WLC Model	Max AP count
9800-80	6000
9800-40	2000
9800-L	500
9800-CL	6000
EWC	Depends on which AP model acts as EWC. Check data sheets
