Hello All ;
I'm encountering an issue in the ASR 920 I'M router:
After boot up of the router , it display a message with 'Press RETURN to get started'. But after hitting return ، nothing happen.
the same in the bios mode " rommon " the system stoppe in the rommon1 >
as shown in the log below , so i loss the access to the router in the two modes' privileged & rommon ' in order to pushe the rest configuration.

The problem is i don't have an access to the line command in the two modes' privileged & bios for do the reload command or any things.
for the normal state , when I turn on the router in the normal state, the system stops in the
Press RETURN to get started!
and when I access to the bios mode the router stops on this line :

Please how I can solve this issue.
