why physical status of c9200l-NW-E-48 always down

hello, please i recently bought a cisco c9200l-NW-E-48 switch.After configuration, i don't unstand why some most of the port status shows down meanwhile the cable is well connected.

you need to provide that switch port config and show interface x/x output to look

where is the end device ? how far it is ?

have you checked with any device connecting that ports directly to switch with test device is the ports works ?
