What version of iOS code, what sup card and what configuration do you have for any MLS or any flow configured? How about what device is connected? If that is an advanced device, you may find a better tool to see what is in that traffic.

As far as I know, it's not possible as of 7.6.x (But I'm happy to hear if any other member has experienced it differently)

Is this issue only for the test user? Maybe try with idle timeout or remote completely (if that is not needed) automate-tester username cisco-test-user probe-on idle-time 20 check some post below may help you : https://community.cisco.com/t5/network...
