call on WEBEX gets disconnected

I have two VoIP applications installed on my computer that use my audio device, specifically a JABRA headset. When I receive a call on CISCO WEBEX, I need to check the "RETRAIT" box on ALCATEL LUCENT IPSOFTPHONE to avoid receiving a duplicate call on the latter. The problem is that as soon as I check this box, the call on WEBEX gets disconnected.
