Switch CBS350, value of OID for temperature

Hello,
I'm using cisco CBS350 switches, I'm looking for the OID for the switch temperature.
I was able to retrieve some information "1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.2.68421377 = STRING: "Thermal Sensor" for example.

However, the value linked to this oid is "68421120". How can I convert it into degrees?

How can we be sure that the value reported is actually that of the switch?
