MOH instead of ringback

Hi

I want to configure MOH instead of ringtone even if all agent are available.

In fact I want to send MOH to the caller when he call a group of people (via hunt pilot/group/list) while all the phone are available and ringing.

I only have an CUCM and Unity servers.

Is it possible?

Thank you for your question! 

In CUCM, the call queuing feature for Hunt Pilots allows the system to queue calls (play MOH while on hold) until the agents or users become available.   For regular hunt pilots  CUCM will only play ring-back and ring the Line group members in the algorithm specified.  This is working as designed. 

Hence, playing MOH is only  configurable when using call queuing feature because the system will place the calls on hold if users are not available.  If available, the call will be routed  accordingly.

Hello Cedrik,
Understood, The call queuing feature is available in CUCM releases 9.x and above. You may want to upgrade to 10.x or any of the latest releases as CallManagers 7.x, 8.x and 9.x are end of life and end of support.
