based on your documentation there is an ADE server name that should be visible on my dashboard,

Apple ADE tokens last for one year by design. To continue enrolling via ADE:
In your Meraki Dashboard navigate to Organization > MDM. In the Apple ADE servers section, select the ADE server you would like to update by clicking on the pencil icon on the far right-hand side. This will pop up the Edit ADE Server window, inside the window press the blue Update Token.
We are able to update the MDM push certificate, however I'm unable to see where the apple ADE server is listed.
I do have devices on my ABM which is reflected under the Meraki ADE-, however I don't see a section to update a token if necessary.

The ADE section only appears on the new version of the Org > MDM page.
You should have a button at the top right entitled "Try New Version", click that and you'll see the ADE section. If you have any issues, drop me a DM with a link to your Meraki Org, and I'll take a look.
