Agents on Ec2 instances - Push or pull action?

Hello, 

we are in the process of deploying all the agents on our AWS ec2 instances and want to understand if I have to open ingress or egress traffic for the communication with cisco console

Will cisco agent do a push action or cisco console does pull action?

Hello,

Actually, Secure Endpoint has to perform both actions.

It pulls in new data, such as Cloud dispositions, New definitions, new signatures, new versions, etc.

And also, push data, as it sends information to the cloud such as events, files that are meant to be fetched, etc.
