AnyConnect failure on roaming to a new network

Hi.

My users have problems with AnyConnect failing when they roam to a new network.

They are configured to use Always-on. After closing the laptop lid and moving to a new network their connection fails.  The client says that it is still connected but the VPN is down. IPconfig and other basic tests confirm this.  The messages suggest that it is stuck in a loop of:

  • reconnecting to vpn.customer.com
  • Establishing VPN - Examining System..
  • Establishing VPN - Examining Activating VPN Adapter
  • Establishing VPN - Configuring System..
  • Establishing VPN
  • Connected to vpn.customer.com
  • reconnecting to vpn.customer.com

Only a restart fixes this.

Any ideas?

What version of Anyconnect? And on what OS?
Searching the Bug tool for "Reconnecting" with the product of Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client comes up with 58 bugs...
A bunch are Mac issues, and some issues with captive portal detection, routes getting left in the route table.

Hi,

This is Version 4.10.03104 on Windows 10 running against Firepower 2130  (not sure what OS version, but probably the most recent)
