Cloud Lookup Timeout

We are seeing this a lot in our File Summary Log in Defense Center.  Action:Cloud Lookup Timeout.  Was wondering what the cause would be?

There was an cloud issue which was resolved after I opened a tac case, looking good here now since tuesday,

I know this was from two months ago and I see that it was resolved for you, however I have had 128 cloud lookup timeouts in the last 6 hours.  Is that normal?
