Exploit Prevention - Excel Power Pivot - Data Model not working

After installing AMP for Endpoints we started having issues with the Data Model function in Excel.  It will not create the data model if Exploit Prevention is enabled.  It either causes excel to hang or gives an error message.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.Entity, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070008)

Once exploit prevention is disabled the power pivot\data model function works as expected.  I set an exclusion to try and eliminate the powerpivot dll thinking it may be the culprit but it still doesn't work unless I disable exploit prevention.  C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\ADDINS\PowerPivot Excel Add-in\PowerPvotExcelClientAddIn.dll

This is on Windows 10 with the AMP client at version 6.3.1 and 6.3.5.  The version of Office is Office365 Pro Plus version 16.0.11328.20420.
