Installing SM on android 8

I Have a dozen panasonic FZ-L1 toughbooks in our trucks and just trying to set up 2 new ones. the current version of SM in play store wont install on the devices (not compatible) is there a way to get old version so i can roll these out, i have 8 more to set up
