Hi All,

I have integrated IPad running ios 18+ using meraki system manager. However i need guidance on some use case

1. Can we have a remote of IPAD using meraki system manager.

2. Can we have a full control of applications installed on ipad, like which need to install, remove or restrict

3. Can we push any pdf, excel file using Meraki System manager to IPAD.

Atlast as we have agent for windows, android and mac os, do we have for IPAD also

1. Yes

2. 99% yes, but you need to have it running in "Supervised" mode.

3. Kinda. Check out the "Back Back" feature.

Backpack works on iOS using the Meraki Systems Manager app, and on Android (using the app that's required for enrolment).

@Vishal6 For number 1 do you mean remotely viewing what is displayed on the iPad? If so I am pretty sure thats not possible for privacy reasons. Apple is extremely picky when it comes to end user privacy.

Like we take remote access of windows machine?. Furthermore do ipad support agent installation of system manager?

Due to Apple MDM limitations, no, you cannot remotely access an iOS/iPadOS device.

And no, there is no agent for iOS/iPadOS.

No this is not possible due to privacy restrictions. MDM's can only control apps and certain settings on a device.

Location services also have to be manually enabled due privacy restrictions.

I misunderstood the question.

To remotely view the content on an iOS device's screen, you need to use software like TeamViewer.
