reinstall deleted apps

Hi all,

While managing the apps I accidentally deleted an app.. 😅

Luckily this is not operational yet, but now I can't reinstall it. When trying to add it again it is shown but I cannot select it.

Anyone familiar with this issue or knows a workaround to trick the system?

In case anyone experiences the same...

In my case it was solved by importing the app from our VPP account and check the "ignore version check" box.
