Secure Endpoint Orbital Access

Good Day Everyone,

I "think" I have an issue with my Secure Endpoint instance.

Logged in to the Secure Endpoint Portal (with full admin rights), I've created my policies and have enabled the orbital feature set on a few policies.

I should be able to access the orbital portal to adjust CVE scores if I'm not mistaken, but upon logging in to orbital.amp.cisco.com, I am told that my account is not associated with any Organization?

This happens on all Secure Endpoint Accounts.
Am  I missing something or should I raise a case with TAC?

Apologies if this is a very newby question.

Hey Jonathan,

Did you ever get this straightened out?  Orbital wants you to login using Security Cloud.  Its been so long since I got mine synced up, TAC might be easier...

Log into the Orbital portal at orbital.amp.cisco.com.

Navigate to Settings → Organizations.

In the Link Organizations section, you'll see your Secure Endpoint org listed with a Link organization button
assets.cloud.im
orbital.amp.cisco.com
.

Click Link organization, then confirm when prompted.

After linking, Orbital will synchronize with your Secure Endpoint data—endpoints, metadata, CVEs, etc.
