Hi

What's the problem when a apple device assigned to SM and already shows up in the ADE screen but the remote management profile doesn't download?

I get a login screen on device saying "expired or invalid authentication. please try again.

1. Is your push notification certificate valid?

2. Are you using the correct credentials ?

3. So you have enough SM licenses available?

4. Try factory resetting the device and trying again.
