Unable to receive email notifications from Talos for ticket resolution

Dear Community,

I am unable to receive email notifications when a Talos ticket is resolved.

I have already tried contacting TAC, Umbrella support, Talos and the Back Office team, but everyone told me that I am asking to the wrong people. Is there any way I can find someone at Cisco that can help me?
