Hi all, I've not been able to find an answer for this, so hopefully someone can help me.
I've installed Cisco Amp endpoint security on a Golden Image server, and part of the image preparation requires me to stop the Cisco Amp processes and services.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to stop the cscm.exe process, due to an Access Denied error.
I have the machine running in an Audit Policy with no service protection enabled.
I can't seem to figure out what I'm missing. Any suggestions would be most helpful.
