What is necessary to enable Cisco Threat Grid?

Greetings everbody.

I would like to know what is necessary to enable Cisco Threat Grid, I have a customer that has bought AMP4E Advantage in an Enterprise Agreement package, I already integrated Umbrella, Orbital and Virus Total to the Cisco Threat Response, but it seems that my account is not enabled to access Cisco Threat Grid (https://panacea.threatgrid.com/login).

How can I have this access associated with my account?

How are you signing in? Have you attempted to log in with your Cisco Security Account? Its the same username/password as your AMP account.

If none of those options are working please reach out to Cisco TAC or your Cisco Representative to make sure that the Threat Grid account has been provisioned. Please make sure to include the email that should have access and SO/PO# if you open a TAC case.
