Hi,
Many of Windows devices enrolled in our MDM Meraki have in their activity log :
Action Register for push notifications
Status Error: registration failed; bad data connection?; verify internet access over mobile data or try airplane mode with wifi on.
How I can fix it ?

I would first start by following the prompt message...does the device in question have a solid internet connection?

It's entreprise wireless internet connection so I think it's solid.
