Looking at your configs: "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Multilink1" you still have your traffic defaulted out the Multilink [T1 interfaces]. Consider adding the routes for [test] traffic you want to go out the Gi0/1 interface  or redirect the all traffic with "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Gi0/1". You should be able to use: "sho ip route" to view the way your traffic is being sent immediately after you initiate the command to determine if it is being routed the way you want.
