IoT Getting Started Lab

Attempting to complete IoT Getting Started Lab. Unable to follow the instructions and use the credentials provide to access:

- The EI Agent for Cisco IOX Local Manager. Performed a search to download tar.gz file on open web but requires a support contract

- Unable to access Grafana as the login credentials are invalid.

Overall, requesting that the instructions are updated in order to learn and provide the service for upcoming customer.

I mean who is the provider, Learning @ cisco etc.   there are many courses and labs. Do you have a link to the lab? If this is an issues with devnet lab, i would put a detailed issue in here https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/learning-labs-issues

Got to https://developer.cisco.com/learning/ and hit "talk to Us" under the Menu.
