We're working on enabling our NetBrain’s API function to be able to communicate with Cisco’s API via “APIX.cisco.com”. When this connectivity or functionality gets properly established, NetBrain will then be able to help us identify which of our Cisco devices are already in EOL in terms of hardware along with their respective IOS/NXOS versions.
A pre-requisite for this to work is the Cisco SNTC account with the proper privilege/s. We already have an account which we have been using in downloading OS files and in opening Cisco TAC cases but it may not have the proper privilege level or services links to accomplish this new requirement. Would you know a way maybe of attaching the account that we’re using to Chubb’s Cisco Smart Services Account ID so to grant it the proper privileges? Thank you!
