Hi
i just did my 350-401 exam and failed. In the lab, it has asked to save the configuration to NVRAM and click "NEXT", i save the configuration using >copy run startup. I think startup is in NVRAM. Is this the correct way to submit the answer? Because my score is much lower than i have expected as i should have done what it asks to do in the lab, not sure if i have lost many mark in lab portion or i really answer a lot of wrong answer in other sections. Does any one know if the lab instruction telling me to save the configuration to NVRAM and click next actually means it means save to NVRAM:startup-config?
And can we ask which question we lose the mark in the exam? it only shows a breakdown by scope, not by questions.. I think even if it doesn't tell us the correct answer, i would like to know which question numbers i got wrong, i may have slight idea of which question i was getting wrong at least.

Hi
The command to save the config is "copy running-config startup-config "
One thing that might happened is you to use "copy run startup" and they refuse as certification usually requires you to use the whole command and not abreviation.

Thanks for the reply
I have raised a support ticket and they replied that all configurations has auto save during the exam. So it should not matter if use short form or use write mem. It was really something wrong in my lab exam answer. But i use write mem command to save my configuration in the next exam and finally passed. The lab question part really need every part are correct to get a passing score at the end.
