'401 Unauthorized Error' when calling pxgrid anc service

On ISE v2.7 - We are getting 401 Unauthorized Error error when calling for /pxgrid/ise/config/anc/getPolicies.
The authentication seems to be working fine, lookup service directs to the monitoring node, anc service permission was provided for the pxgrid client.

I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this.
