8350 Appliance - Issues with throughput!!

I am deploying 8350 appliance, and I am seeing on 100 Mbps throughput on s1p2 interface. I have verified the upstream switch is configured correctly.

Please suggest if we have any troubleshooting step or if its a known issue.
