Is there a way to determine when an ACL was counter was last cleared on an ASA?

If you are logging level 5 with "logging timestamp" then you can look for this log message.

Apr 07 2010 10:51:04: %ASA-5-111008: User 'cisco' executed the 'clear access-list acl-outside counters' command.
