Any License Required for Security Context??

Hi!!

Now I'm just testing the PIX v7.0.

but once I type the "mode multiple" and

PIX is reloaded,

the configurations about ip and Firewall policy are all refused.

Is any lisence required for the "Security Context" ?

Is some action needed to activate it ??

Does anyone help?

Depending on your feature set..

If you run a PIX 500-series, there is no support in the Restricted version. UR, FO and FO-AA versions comes with support for 2 contexts and you can buy licenses for more.

The ASA5510 doesn't have support for multiple contexts, the ASA5520 and ASA5540 comes with support for 2 contexts and you can buy more..
