ASA 5505 all lights flashing after a memory upgrade

hi Eveyone, I have a 5505 that I upgraded to 512MB. After the upgrade all the lights are flashing. A google search revealed this could be a bad module so I put in 2 others and having the same issue. Anyone know the cause of all lights on the front flashing?

Hi Ethan,

Memory module is Cisco recomended or any third party? I read one posting few days back with reference to 'Kingston' memory causing similar behaviour.

I had the same problem with my personal ASA5505 when I upgraded it. The Memory was too fast. If I remember right, it was the PC3200-RAM that worked.
