Cannot access to the console ASA.

Hi,

You are using an ASDM version that is not supported by the image.

I am guessing from the print-screen that you are using ASA image 8.0, so the ASDM should be 6.2 (or another 6.x).

Just go to the download page for these images and its explained there which ASDM is supported by which image.

Can you give me the link from where to download....

Hi,

Just go to the Cisco website and type "Software Download" on the Search. You will get something like www.cisco.com/sw-center (or something like that).

You do need to be a registered user to download those images.
