I haven't bumped into one atleast.
Then again the ASA will convert the configuration automatically after the upgrade BUT
- The configuration can be really messy especially if you havent learned the new format beforehand
- The configuration automatic migration might not be correct in regarding all the configurations
Personally I chose from the beginning to convert the configurations by hand.
This for me personally provided the chance to learn to configure the new NAT configuration better and in the lower the risk of something going wrong with the updates and migrations. There is really only the NAT and ACL to be coverted + some parts of the VPN configurations depending if you are running a Single or Multiple mode ASA ofcourse.
Converted about 115 ASA configurations so far but at the moment most of my work time is consumed by other things. I do have quite abit to go still
