hi, how can you tell the reason why the ASA rebooted. i have checked the crashinfo but couldn't get anything out of it, should i turn on a specific logging for next time it happens or a debug ?

The output of crashinfo is only useful to Cisco TAC representatives. I suggest you call them, and follow their process to fix your ASA.
